Bed and Breakfast Accommodation

We have two rooms available and take bookings on an exclusive basis. Accommodation for up to 4 people. One room has a Queen size bed and the other One Single and One King Single.Click here for more information.

By evening take a soak in the outdoor bath or just enjoy the company of your hosts Craig and Wendy Caldwell.

Trout Fishing and other Activities

The Puniu river running below the property is one of New Zealand's hidden trout streams. Only a short stroll to the river bank for trout fishing. The Puniu, Mangatutu, Waipa and other streams are within short driving distance.

Also a short drive away is the Maungatautari bird sanctuary which is one of New Zealand's inland bird santuaries where native birds can survive without preditation. A great location for bush walks.

For those more adventurous the area is well known for Rock climbing at Wharepapa south only 5 minutes away.
